I bloat quite a bit as well (2 pants sizes after anything to eat). I recently started taking CLA and Align ( helps with digestion and IBS) and have not had much bloating since. I also cut out alot of gluten. seems to be working so far.....

I don't go to one but if I was going to look it would be 1- decent price (under $40/month) 2- have decent amount of evening classes 3- maintained and decent equipment 4- be able to do body comp analyses on site 5- trainers/nutritionist/holistic med people available for a decent price

have you tried drop in at the civic centers? they have sitters.... or you could do the walking track at the field house and push the stroler at the same time.....

I have IBS but the other way.... I go all the time. I cut out gluten (mostly) and started taking probiotics (Align) and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). I was hugely bloated as soon as I ate anything it seemed and I would go after eating anything. the supplements seem to have brought everything into a state of normalcy.…

Cucumber salad, YUM! I do mine with 1.5tbs of sourcream, 1tsp of vinigar, dill and S&P to taste. mix it all together and voila. cucumber heaven.

I am going to try the following: M-TU-W-Th-F: bike to work if it is nice out & weight training at noon hour Tu-Th-Sa-Su: water aerobics Tu-Th-F: C25K program every night a 10 minute jump rope session &/or a 30 minute bike ride with the kid. I know this sounds pretty ambitious but I am going to try. we will have to see how…

I know its very hard to lose weight and get fit. beentrying for a long time but no movement yet. I will continue though as giving up is not an option. add me if you want. I am sure we can find lots more in common and motivate eachother.

you can get larger seats now (my mom has one that is 2X the size of mine) that are very comfortable. also try a padded seat cover(also can buy them at any bike store or even walmart).

I Cycle to work everyday (when the weather permits) in light trafic then for a light ride with my daughter most every evening. Love it!
