My Fitbit Zip died yesterday. I thought it just needed a new battery but no it is dead.. No falling, no being in water, working when I went to bed, dead when I woke up. Only had it since January. Has anyone else had this problem? I really can't afford to buy a new one right now.

Cut your avocado in half and use the half with out the seed. Keep the seed in the other half and cover with saran wrap and press down on the fruit

My current favorite is Islands Hula burger. They have lots of choices so there is something for everyone. I used to like Red Robin but the last couple were not so good

I like Readyseteat.com You can check a box for only healthier recipes. Many of the recipes you can reduce to two servings which is a plus for me. Hope this helps

Are you eating breakfast before classes and having some lunch or snacks before you get home. That would be the first thing you should do. Then plan your after class snack ahead of time knowing how many calories you want to spend. Also make sure you are writing down everything you eat That has helped me a lot Good luck you…
