I'm fighting off a cold too... I play it by ear each day. When I do workout, I'll do it at a lower intensity... If I take too many days off, its too hard for me to start again. :P (If I have a flu/fever... then no, no working out for me)

I started out at 247 last january and am currently 216. I'm doing a P90X/Turbo Jam hybrid routine, mainly in the evenings... as I'm not a morning person! I eat anywhere from 1300-1700 a day, depending on how hungry I am. Lots of protein, veggies and fruits... and looooots of water!

I did... I started in January. It's taken me longer because I fell off the bandwagon for about 4 months after losing my sister. Congrats on dropping 9 lbs! Just keep at it, and it will come off. Slow and steady wins the race!

I used a few WW recipes for my Thanksgiving dinner... Apricot-Glazed Turkey and Sweet Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes and Green Bean Casserole. They were all realllllly good, but turned out a bit saltier then I'm used to. I'm actually looking forward to making Black Bean Brownies!

^^ I agree!!. ANNND... I'm just starting a hybrid program, day 4:) P90X and Turbo Jam/Treadclimber for cardio... I'm sorry, but I just don't like the cardio routines in P90X. Sooo, doing what works for me! Good Luck Everyone! :D
