Well I don't feel like I did so hot this week with keeping up with my exercising... there are various reasons (exams, working more hours, class, etc), but life will ALWAYS present reasons to get in my way. Gotta keep at it! :-) SW = 186.6 CW = 185.4 loss of 1.2 lbs
