  • Thanks guys. Before I started this I wasn't working out and my legs were just jiggly lol so I don't think not working out would help, but I guess I should just appreciate that they are at least toned. Kind of stinks but Ill live lol
  • Well I, know I eat out almost everyday but choose healthier options. I try not to consume calories from drinks. And I only work out 4 times a week and end up burning about 350 calories in 40 minutes of cardio. I'm sure people do cheat, but some people can lose weight easier or maybe just have alot of extra time in the day…
  • You might lose the weight faster, but it is much better to stick to the recommended calorie intake because it keeps your metabolism running normal. Try adding little snacks and making meals smaller. And if you workout give your body rest a couple days a week to relax the muscles.
  • I hope you enjoy it. This is really a simple and fun way to lose the weight and you will have a big support group the whole way
  • Oh yeah I know what you mean. My biggest problem was portion control and all if a sudden you actually see what your eating and a lightbulb goes off in your head. I now eat less and eat healthier and my body feels great! I'm glad im not the only one who feels its more of a lifestyle adjuster than just a calorie counter.
  • Thanks for the information. I have not tried it, but had a friend suggest it. It sounded to me like a quick way to get in shape, but I am more for the overall result. If I try it and go through with it and hate it, the most likely result is once I'm done it will discourage me from working out. Thats why for now I am just…
  • I have the same calorie goal too. What its trying to say is your net calories need to equal 1200. Which is your food intake minus exercise calories. So if you do eat 1700 calories and then burn 500 you will have a net calorie intake of 1200. Since you net calories equal1200 your right on track.
