I am on day 2 level 1 I was surprised that I was not sore at all today. So worried after reading all the messages about how some folks almost quit.

I stare less at my wardrobe wondering what to wear! With this new found confidence, I feel that I can wear almost anything. Is that not a great feeling? Trying to not search for the right spanx for the outfit?

I keep hearing about increaing my calorie intake to speed up weight loss. Does that sound weird or what? How can you lose more by eating more? Can someone help understand this concept? I eat about 1300+ and end of the day go to bed feeling guilty for that extra 100 and still hungry sometimes!

I am also there. For as long as I remember, I have been trying to lose weight. Never happy. But this time, I am going all the way. I have only lost 1 lb so far! It is so frustrating. Wonder what I can eat or drink to stay satiated? I am vegetarian(no eggs)
