If they haven't tested for coeliac disease, try that. Though the tendency for an undiagnosed coeliac is to gain weight. Coeliac disease isn't an intolerance to gluten in the same sense as a food intolerance. It's an autoimmune condition where you body produces antibodies that damage your own intestines. I found peppermint…

I'm not coeliac, but I am allergic to wheat. So follow a completely wheat free diet which is similar to a gluten free diet (I can eat rye and barley, but can't eat any labelled gluten free products that contain wheat starch). Have you been GF for long? Eggs are your friend if you're keen to keep your protein levels high…

It's frustrating when friends etc. complain about weighing 30lbs less than you even if you know logically that they're much…

Local markets again - you can freeze it too if you use it for cooking. I like frozen grapes in the summer but that might be slightly odd. Supermarket wise- I use Iceland. Not a lot of variety but a lot of good deals.

I have UK size 10 feet which come up as a US 11 - 11 1/2. Also 5'9". Though it doesn't mean much, my best friend is five inches taller and she has smaller feet than me! The average height for an adult woman in the UK is 5ft3. And since tall clothes ranges are advertised as 5ft 8 and up it's tall though not uncommonly so.…
