  • Yes, I will be 50 in May. This all started in mid December when I finally quit smoking . I am 5'11'', weighed 265lbs and always felt lethargic. Feeling good about not smoking, I decided to take the next step and add diet and exercise. After 3 weeks I have lost 14lbs and feel better than I have in years.
  • I put 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in the food processor with 1 whole peeled and seeded cucumber and 1 tbsp of dill, salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste. Puree until smooth and you've got a fresh, fat free cucumber/dill sauce to serve on your salmon. YUMMY!
  • Stay away from anything sweet. A jigger of vodka with 8 ounces of cranberry juice is about 215 to 220 calories.
