I too am one of those that does the IF thing naturally. Don't do breakfast. Without trying usually do my lunch about 14-16 hours after dinner the last night. then dinner about 8 hours latter. Does that count?

I wear it on my left calf when i do leg exercises. I haven't worn it for an extended amount of time there so i don't really know how accurate it is or isn't. seems close during those exercises though.

For me the tracking of my calories has helped greatly. It makes me accountable for what i put in my mouth. Pretty soon after that i had urges to go to the gym. Wondered if i could do it.
