That's superb, you're where I wish to be by the end of the year. Currently 100kg with a 200 kg deadlift, I hope my goal is realistic either way I'll have fun trying to hit it.

I made the mistake of trying to trim my beard with hair clippers. It didn't work, it looked scruffy. I had to shave it off. I'm sad.

I'm not saying there aren't legitimate reasons in which TRT needs prescribing in younger men but I do know there are doctors that will prescribe it when the patient is clearly overweight and unhealthy for example. It's this I have a problem with. Clearly you were in a completely different boat!

Hack squats seem to suck the life out of me. I actually question why I bother with training full stop whilst doing hack squats so I just don't bother with them anymore! If there are guys in their 20's with low test then surely it would be better to look at the root cause of the problem rather than prescribing for it? Low test usually is related to diet, stress, lack of sleep etc.
