Best way for me is the poke some holes in them and wrap them individually in a wet/damp paper towel then in the microwave for a few minutes checking on them still you can feel that they are soft. The flesh is soft and mashable, good for anything!

Hi guys. Weighed myself yesterday and was 79.5! So looks like it might be going down again and hopefully won't go back up. Strangely enough I didn't do any exercise these past few days.

Hi guys, thanks for your reply I'm thinking I will just be patient for now and hope for the best. It can be confusing as I am eating low calorie and there is the thought of many more calories would jump start my weight loss again but yeah everyone else has different opinions which I'm thankful for though.

Thanks for the great advice, I do use a food scale and I have a heart rate monitor to tell me how many calories I'm burning. But I could log better when it comes to cooking oil, I use a spray and it hasn't been that long since I lost so maybe I will be ok. Thanks

Yeah we live near the 2nd most expensive supermarket in our country. The 1st is the second closest. We don't have a car either so its a pain but we have to shop there.

I guess I was trying to eat complex carbs but yes was worried that too many would cause weight gain or no weight loss. But yes my calories are controlled and my fat and protein is a good balance

Love reading though these My moment was when I was so close to 100kg and I just didn't want to reach that number and also I had just passed my boyfriend in weight and I didn't feel like a woman. I want to be cute and feminine and something my boyfriend can be proud of. If anyone would like to talk etc I'm a good person :)

Im 5ft 8 Starting weight was: 97kg or 213lbs Current is: 86kg or 190lbs Goal is 66kg or 145lbs I have 1200 cal a day and run everyday for 45 mins or until i burn 500 cal. I have a heart rate monitor watch they are good i recommend them.

Thanks guys! yeah i have food scales that i use. My mum gets annoyed that i use it at the dinner table lol But yep, logging my oils and sauces etc. Ill just keep going and see how it goes and wont worry unless it continues for another few weeks.

I'm on 1200 cal a day too and I'm 20yrs old 5ft 8 tall. Some days I'm really hungry and some days I'm not. If you eat healthy you can eat quite a lot in a day on those calories. Im taking a very aggressive approach. I am also exercising for 40 mins a day and not eating back those calories and i was losing 1-2kg a week. Now…

Thanks, yeah I'm just trying to lose fat, not build muscle of train for endurance. Atm my weight loss has slowed right down so I've included hiit running too because running is really hard for me and the rest period really helps me to keep going.

Hi guys! I was much more hungrier the next few days. I will try to meet my calorie goal. monsoonstorm was right i was thinking if i eat less I'll lose more but i need to up my exercise so i need more energy. Atm I've stopped losing weight and idk why.
