  • My latest thing to do with Greek yoghurt is mixing it with cocoa powder, a tiny bit of almond milk & maple syrup or stevia and letting it sit in the fridge for an hour or so... yum! .....and some peanut or almond butter also goes great in there :)

  • Thanks for your reply. I was thinking 2 weeks is way too short to make any decent/healthy difference. If only I decided to do something about this 2 months ago! It is very frustrating with my trainer - he keeps telling me to stick to the plan!
