hmmmmmm.......... a thought now that some one mentioned bacon:-) Maybe this could be turned into the broccoli salad without using the mayo/sugar dressing. Toss with a little bacon, grapes and sliced almonds (and of course bacon). Make it a meal served on top of cooked sprouted brown rice or quinoa.

I love roasted vegetables,,,,,,it really brings out the flavour. I have to admit I have never roasted broccoli and I so totally plan to try that out, thanks for the recipe. If you haven't tried roasted carrots......you must try......so delicious.

I absolutely know what you mean. Now that I count calories most days I am so much more conscious. It is so easy to over eat calories even if the food items are healthy.
