Curious what kind of stevia are you using that would require a 1/4 of a cup?

To me it sounds like a spastic esophagus. I have that trouble. It is like the food doesn't go all the way down and seems to be stuck in your chest. It can also happen after a bite and feel like you are not going to be able to breathe.

It is actually quite yummy on Popcorn instead of butter... or a little coconut oil and the nutritional yeast.

My daughter would be envious of your 33 to 34 inch inseams. Since she was about 13 or 14 her inseam was 36"......and at that time she was super thin, there were no pants her size. She is now pregnant with her first child and has had a very uncomfortable pregnancy even though she is 5' 10" there doesn't seem to be enough…

Oh thanks for clearing that up. I was sure you missed listing the flour. I make something very similar with almond flour and that does add calories. I will have to try this version.

I would be surprised if chocolate covered Katie had a recipe for Ezekial bread as her recipes are about desserts. If you have never been able to try the bread, what it is is sprouted grains and no flours. I actually really like it but, I have never tried to cook with sprouted grains.

Yes do the math.... cut in half and have 300 calories..... but is it 300 calories that is going to leave you satisfied or craving more fat and sugar.

I totally agree with baking them from scratch. Besides the calories and fat grams check out how many ingredients are listed on that muffin package. It is true you can have 3 squares of the Green and Black for 55 calories..... but, oh my those are tiny squares and I have a challenge to stick to just 3 :-) I buy the 85% .... it is intense and I have less when it is intense but, still more like 6 squares :-)
