I also recommend the Vitamix. It is an expensive blender but it is amazing. They have a great warranty and great customer service.

I can truthfully say that over the years the majority of my weight gain has been by binging on chocolate. I felt like when I started to eat it I just couldn't stop.....I felt consumed by it. Okay, this is what has helped me to overcome my problem with chocolate.........I seldom if ever eat a really nice milk chocolate…

If you put in Chinese food under "tracking your food" it brings up a typical Chinese buffet at 800 calories for 1 1/2 plate. Last week I just put that in and left it at that. My weight was not up the next day.

This tastes yummy but I know the Vita tops are processed foods......a chocolate chip Vitatop toasted until warm and chocolate chips a bit melty.......topped with 1 tsp. almond hazelnut spread...........seriously delicious! The calories would be about 133.
