You can add me as a buddy! I log on every day and have the my fitness pal on my phone. You can also add my sister, kweiher, because she logs on daily as well! We both work out together and keep ourselves and others motivated :)

Wednesday's are definitely my free days. I don't go to the gym on those days so I find it extra relaxing. I still watch what I eat though. Tonight I had Chinese food as a treat because I haven't eaten any junk food in about two weeks. It's good to have a free day every once in a while or once a week :)

The elliptical is definitely harder for me to do. I love the treadmill so much better. I used to be a runner in high school so I find that it's much easier for me to do. I've recently started a new run/jog schedule (shown in my blog) that I think would burn a lot of calories rather than the elliptical. But whatever works,…
