Don't be too hard on yourself! It could very well be the sodium in the sushi! I eat sushi a lot, and I notice that because of the soy sauce, I'm usually pretty bloated afterwards and the next day. You've got this! :)

Hey Donna! Your post is very inspiring. I noticed that our goals are very similar in terms of final weight goals and starting weight! It's so great to see that you've worked so hard and it's paying off! Gives me hope that I will also see the results I want too as well. I might even start using the cross-off that you use!β¦

That's great! My lab is on the 3rd floor as well. I figured it gets my steps and flights in for the day and I'm actually seeing that I'm less fatigued by taking them the more I climb them!

I'm such a sucker for these little guys. I love rats and they are the best pets I've ever had. I've already had two pass away but now I currently have 7 of them (two are my sisters that I babysit while she lives in the dorms). They are such sweethearts and I would trade them for anything in the world <3

I love this thread and I successfully lost the 5 pounds in February! I'm happy to say that as I promised myself, I set up my appointment for my mani/pedi for this Saturday! I started the 30 day shred already in mid January but have been sick for about 3 weeks. I will definitely accept this challenge and feel free to add me! I love the 30 day shred and feel that it's really affective :)

I strongly agree with what you said. It's her own fault for lack of knowledge of how much damage soda does to your body. Plus, very disappointed that the family didn't help out and see that she had a problem.
