Total loss for June I have at least, once again, slowed/stopped the gain and am working on maintaining or losing a little more. I did have three days that were pretty far UP this week, and that is making the average weight not really show the trend. That's OK. I know I can do it.

June 11th: 209.9 lbs, gained 0.7 lbs
June 18th: 211.0 lbs, gained 1.1 lbs
June goal: 205.0 lbs
Not sure I actually gained that much, but will need to stick to meal plan better and get more PA in to turn things around. Not easy with many days and nights away from home for work. But keeping track keeps me on in it. Let's go!6 -

06/15-196.4-(Trend Weight: 195.8)- Amazing that I can gain 2 Β½ lbs just from eating Pizza at a family outing at the pizzeria. But sometimes I can drop one or even (occasionally) 2 pounds overnight if itβs just water retention. But I donβt have the waterpill anymore to help so hopefully the old ticker can push it all through in the next day or two. Iβm planning lots of water today and an especially low carb menu for the day.
06/22-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Flew out the door with a ton of coffee in my belly before I could weigh this morning. Truck repairs out-of-town are now2 complete along with oil change/tire rotation and recall repairs. Next week the other vehicle will get done. This has not been a good month although Iβve tried harder this week than any other week (until todayβs travel and restaurants.) Getting back in the groove though.

Another loss this week! My goal for June was to lose 5lbs and Iβve already accomplished that. Anything else I lose this month will just be a bonus. Lots of tracking and drinking water has definitely helped me stay focused. I still have a long way to go but I focus on 5lbs at a time π

Total loss for June Posting a day early as I have to leave town tomorrow morning by 05:30, and don't want anything to slow down my departure. It looks like I was right last week that I've stopped that slow gain from April and May and am moving back into my goal range.6
