Hello all joining in challenge. I find them very motivational. Stepped away for a long time. I gained 11 back Since last year.I ended at 129.2lbs.I maintained Range 138.0-140.2 one year. Being perimenopause is no fun. Started my periods and I am hungry and tired most times. Exercising doesn’t feel the same - low energy and I am sticking to it because I need to…. Not sure why I’m showing a gain. I know it’s only 0.2, but I have been meticulous about logging and have worked out even when I didn’t feel like it putting everything I have into it. This week I'm up 0.3lbs from last week, but still 4.4lbs down from the start of June. I know exactly what I've done this week to be here and so I'm not upset or shocked. My watch broke - and the motivation to workout went along with it lol. I've also been enjoying the weather a little too much, enjoying outdoor dinners with the family.
So, head down for next week. Need to ensure that I am being true to my intermittent fasting to get the most out of it. Need to make sure I am being active throughout the week. My watch should arrive this week too and hopefully my motivation comes in the same package.

Hiya all, I'm Rowan. My weight has been up, down, and all over the place over the last 10 years. I gained loads during the pandemic then managed to lose over 40lbs in 2021. I regained 26lbs in 2022 by taking my eye off the ball, it really doesn't take much for me to gain weight! So back again, working on getting back to a healthy weight and building my strength and fitness.
Ideally I'd like to be below 130lbs as that was my weight in 2015 and I felt good, but I'm a lot older now and it's hard!
I'm on holiday for the last 2 weigh ins of this challenge, so my goal is for 21st June as my end of challenge weight. I'll weigh on 1st July, but fully expect to be back up a few pounds after 9 days of holiday food and drink.

I have been in my Ultimate Goal Range before but was much more active with boxing almost every day along with walking a dog. I relocated for a new job which turned out to be a nightmare and there isn't a boxing gym even close so struggle to get the intense level of exercise I had before.

06/08-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- My out-of-town cardiology appointment went very well yesterday. I don’t have to go back for awhile. I had a Very high carb and calorie dinner yesterday while in the city. Bad snacks last night that I should not have brought home. My elastic waist shorts are rolling down which means I need the next size up again - that clothing which has been painstakingly stored upstairs. It was a lot of work sorting all the clothing in April. I will not be going up and dragging any back down! I am happy that I should be home the next couple of days to get back on track and back to routine. I have been traveling quite a bit lately which is never good for me. I didn’t weigh in today. I already know that I need to get back on course. But I did need to face and speak my situation truths so here I am – bursting at the seams.
06/15-196.4-(Trend Weight: 195.8)- Amazing that I can gain 2 ½ lbs just from eating Pizza at a family outing at the pizzeria. But sometimes I can drop one or even (occasionally) 2 pounds overnight if it’s just water retention. But I don’t have the waterpill anymore to help so hopefully the old ticker can push it all through in the next day or two. I’m planning lots of water today and an especially low carb menu for the day.
