I know the pain... its awful!! When I first started increasing my milage I had ITBS and had insane pain in my left outer aspect of my knee. I found that ice, rest and running on the opposite side of the road helped the best. Also stretching... lots and lots of stretching!! I looked up different stretches that would help…
