I have been on Met for about 4 years now. I haven't noticed any real weight loss. I'm buckling down more in recent weeks and tracking everything. I've had 3 weeks of no loss at all (and I'm just starting so I thought there would be some water weight or something). I've been working out at least 4 times a week....just…

Thanks!! I'll keep an eye on my calories...I've been scanning barcodes as often as possible and measuring so I can get a better sense of portion size. I'll watch my measurements too....it's gotta kick in, right? :happy:

I wasn't doing any regular exercise before...now I'm doing Zumba 1-2x per week, walking abt 30 min a day and some circuit time at the gym....maybe it will "click" soon and my body will just release a couple of pounds....lol

We will celebrate our 17th anniversary in September...and we dated for 5 years...so we've had almost 22 years of amazing love! Would do it all over again in a heart beat and can't wait to see what the future holds for us!!

I had one at 35 (my dad died from colon cancer pretty young). The prep day is the worst part...you have an entire evening in the bathroom...make sure you have something good to read and really soft tissue!! haha.
