I have a Fagor Luxe Multicooker (pretty much same as an instant pot). I've had it for about a year. We use it 4 times a week. I love it and it was well worth the investment.

I do crossfit style workouts at home and I log circuit training in cardio (normally 10 minutes less than I actually do) and just make sure to keep my heart rate in the burn zone.

I typically don't eat lunch until 1:30-2. I have a high-protein snack at 10a and 3-3:30. I go home, workout, shower and then start cooking around 7-7:30. Dinner is usually done by 8. I eat late because I know if I eat first instead of working out, I won't work out.

Deer/turkey jerky and string cheese are my 10am & 3pm snacks :)

I don't really sub out much... but I have a new love for cauliflower & potato mashed potatoes. I like that it tastes similar and I'm usually getting an extra helping of veggies.

I weigh daily and add that to Happy Scale. I only log lows on Myfitnesspal. I'm not sure why... makes me feel better? Lol

You seem to walk a lot... could you update your Fitbit settings to lightly active instead of sedentary? It'd probably cut back on some of the extra calories it's giving you. I've had my fitbit for so long I don't even know if it asks that.

I'm not sure how much help I'll be, but I'm a pretty obsessive grocery planner/shopper. I do all of my shopping Sunday/Monday. I create a dinner plan for the week based off what protein is on sale and add a vegetable side and maybe a starch. Normally, I have leftovers so I'll take them for lunch the next day. Saves me a…

What exercises are you doing with it? Kettlebell swings are great. Use your hips to propel the kettleball forward. Don't use your arms to pull up on it. It also wouldn't hurt to look up some videos on form. It should work your hamstrings, glutes, and core and less arms.

I have a Fitbit Charge2 and I like it! Monitors heart rate, steps, stairs.

check out skinnytaste.com. She has a lot of delicious receipts listed that are in a lower calorie range. I normally use her for 3-4 meals a week!

christmas present from my hubby... still working on breaking them in :)

You're only a week in. The first 3 pounds you lost right away is probably water weight. Keep doing what you're doing, and you'll start to see a change over the next couple of weeks. Also, try using a food scale so you know exactly what calories you're eating. It's easy to underestimate your calories just by eyeballing…

Seasoned with lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sear both sides in a nonstick pan (even better in a cast iron), then turn the heat down to low, put a lid on it and cook until thermometer says 160. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes and they'll continue to cook to reach temp. Same thing on a grill. Never had a dry…

check out skinnytaste.com. She posts a ton of recipes for instant pot meals.

I don't really post a lot... more of a lurker. I never get creepy messages and I'm enjoying it that way, lol. I think it does have a lot to do with the posts you interact with. I'd assume if you're interacting with a post like "Date, Marry, Kill," you're going to see a lot more people looking to flirt. Not that there is…

I use prenatals as a daily vitamin and also take probiotics every day.

Vodka with water and slices of lemon is always my go-to! Also, cucumber vodka, water, and cucumber slices is awesome and refreshing.

Parmesan flavored Cheezits. Not to be kept anywhere near me.... I can easily polish off an entire box in one sitting.

Lol, I was thinking of that scene when I wrote it! We really weren't trying to be mean... but lunch is less appealing when your friend is spitting her food into a napkin in front of you.

My friend in high school wanted to lose weight quickly for prom. At lunch, she'd chew her food and then spit it out.... Lasted about 2 days until we told her she couldn't sit at our lunch table anymore if she kept it up.

I don't eat breakfast, but I make my dinner/lunch plan on Sunday. After I write down the ingredients I need, I run to the store and get only those items (saves money too, because you avoid just grabbing random items). I only cook for 2, so leftovers become lunch the next day. Snacks are always greek yogurt and light cheese…

I LOL'd so hard and now it's stuck in my head

My husband always makes little comments until I start noticeably losing weight. Then he subconsciously starts mimicking what I do and enjoying the food I put on the table. Unless he's doing the cooking, he's eating what's there. After that, he's fine with it. When we go out, I eat what works for me and he chooses what he…

Cheese. Gimme all the cheese.

cajun shrimp in foil with zucchini, corn and baby red potatoes!

I find it easier if all of my lunches are packed in the fridge come Monday morning. It prevents me from going out or grabbing something that doesn't fit my goals. I typically make a large batch of chicken/ground turkey and veggies and portion them out for my lunches. Dinners are always planned Monday on my lunch break, and…
