  • I strayed, did some cheating, but now I'm back. Luckily I only gained back a few pounds. When I eat junk, I feel like junk. On the plan I feel so much better!
  • Hit the -20 mark! And a nsv, I am able to fit into my size 10 jeans! Was at 14 prior to starting Profile, and had to wear the stretchy ones. My first go around with Ideal Protein I was getting into the size 18's so pretty happy where I am!
  • I am close to 20 pounds since I started profile! And feeling great. I love their foods and being able to add some things that make me feel like I am cheating.
  • I will be shopping there for sure!
  • Wow fantastic loss! Good luck on your traveling. Yes it is hard but you can do it
  • I'm on week 2 and doing great. I did Ideal Protein previously but I like Sanford better. Soups are tasty and a little more flexibility. I can have cheese and avocados!
  • I lost slowly on phase one as well. But I kept it up and lost 45 pounds. I felt great the whole time! Clean and healthy. I am going on phase one again to clean some of the holiday cheer foods and pounds out of my system. :) Keep it up! When you go on maintenance be sure to track your foods and to keep weighing in! I…
  • I never log meals on FitBit just MFP. I read somewhere you shouldn't do both. I guess I never check FitBit to see if my calories from MFP are correct.
  • I did IP and had great success and felt great! I go back on phase one or two occasionally if I've had a crazy binging weekend. I started exercising when I went to maintenance and am still down from what I was when I started a year ago. Yeah you may gain weight back if you go back to your crazy eating lifestyle. Logging,…
  • I felt great while on the diet. People looked at me weird like they thought I was crazy when I explained it to them but it worked and I felt wonderful. It is a hard diet but the payoff is great. I am on maintenance and have slipped some but I go back on it for a day or more and I lose the weight and feel clean and full of…
  • I was down to Chocolate drink, lemon pudding, strawberry pudding and the brownies. I didn't get sick of them at all though.
  • I had a hard time with the certain things at certain times too. And to be honest with you and myself I ignore that. I eat the same breakfast I did with phase three. Have cut back my portions from my pre-diet days and avoid foods I know are unhealthy. I also ramped up my exercise by using my FitBit. I stay within a certain…
  • I went on the IP diet because others I knew had great success. It is hard and very strict but it works and I felt absolutely amazing on it! I had energy and was healthy. Didn't get the normal winter cold or sinus infection. I liked that it was so strict because I needed someone telling me exactly what to eat and how much.…
  • My breakfast of choice while on Phase 3 was and actually still is, Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt with 7 oz blueberries and/or strawberries mixed in, 2 slices Sarah Lee 45 calorie (for two slices) toast with Walden Farms preserves. Easy to bring to work and delicious. And awesome job by the way!!

  • I tried the rotini and hated it. I couldn't even finish it.
  • Don't beat yourself up! Just get back on the plan and make sure you drink a lot of water. Not sure what phase you are on. If it isn't phase 1 just go back to a phase 1 day then carry on. If you can get some exercise in to offset then do that. I'm on phase 4 and when I go over I get on the treadmill and burn more calories…
  • I'm not a fan of their dressing so the only thing I have tried besides them is the Jellies when I started phase 3. They are good.
  • I start phase 4 next week. Would love to read your blog and hear how it is going with you. I will blog as well, the good and the bad. And those banana pancakes sound delicious!
  • I am alternating two different breakfasts and plan on trying French toast with fruit this weekend. Yay. I prefer the Fage yogurt over the Chobani but the fruit makes either one delicious. My other breakfast is Grape Nut Flakes with 7 oz strawberries/blueberries and a cup of Silk milk. So good.
  • Good to know! I did a lot of investigation to find the best one to try. One reason I picked wine besides the lower carb options is because I am not a huge fan of it and knew I would sip it very slowly. :)
  • Not that I condone cheating but I sipped a glass of wine one evening while on phase 2 and did not get sick. I drank it very slowly over a period of an hour and a half and drank about three glasses of water with it. But that is me. Everyone may react differently.
  • This sounds awesome! I will be trying it.
  • Phase 3 has been easier than I thought. I love having breakfast! I was worried about eggs. Sometimes they cause stomach distress for me and I didn't want to carry milk and cereal in to work. She said to get the Plain Chobani yogurt, 2% and that can be both my fat and my protein and it's dairy. I mix blueberries and…
  • Drink a lot of water. Maybe a walk to burn some calories. Also, my coach recommended that if this happens, the next day do packets only no meat and eat your vegetables. Good luck and have fun!
  • My biggest fear was high BP and cholesterol. My boobs do not define me nor make me more of a women. I have never been busty and that's fine with me.
  • Sounds good. I may start a phase 3 thread short term to share meal ideas. :)
  • I think you nailed it. Support, recipes, motivation and reminders. All stuff we may need going forward.
  • Yay Jan! Starting week two of phase two and am a little apprehensive about phase 3. I have done a lot of surfing and found some good meal ideas. I would love to hear anymore people may have to share.
  • How exciting for you both! This plan really does work. It's not always easy but the results are great.
  • A lot of water and for those bad times, there is an herbal tea called Smooth Move. It works very well!
