  • Try adding grated carrots, zucinni, or broccoli to spaghetti sauce. You can also make little veggie pizzas with shole grain english muffins. Toast muffin lightly then add tom sauce or crushed toms and top with any veg and dtop with mozzerlla cheese. Bake at 400 degrees till hot and bubbly.
