The same thing happens to me, and just like you, I am not diabetic. I usually have some crackers and cheese or a banana. I always carry a protein bar in my purse incase it happens when I am out and about.

There is a tea you can buy called " Smooth Move" at the grocery store and it helps you have a good bowl movement. I took it while on vacation because I tend to get constipated while traveling. It says to have a cup at bedtime and it really worked. :smile:
