I'm really struggling with this, i'm going to re-try and do the 1200 calorie thing again, but with 8 hours of exercise a week i can't tell how many calories i should be allowed to add back in, and MFP seems to grossly overestimate this. 4 months til my wedding and I haven't lost any weight :/

Late night is when I tend to crave sweet things. I noticed that there are some good low calorie options. Like frozen grapes. thanks, i tried yoga thinking it would be helpful with sciatica but it was actually really painful lol worse than cardio because it seemed to really pull on the nerve. I may have just tried the 'wrong' yoga though.
