I am only on Day 2 of T25 but I absolutely LOVE it!! (I tried Insanity and just couldn't keep up. Hoping I can build up a level of fitness with T25 and try Insanity again later).

I'm no expert and fairly new to running. But I would say take it slowly. I've been there, overdone it and got the injuries to prove it. I wish I'd listened to the advice to build up slowly but I'm impatient. Try one of the couch to 5k plans.

Definitely use foam roller!! I have (had) very tight calves which caused me other problems while running (shins etc...). Since using foam roller 2-3 times per week I have had no real issues. I would recommend getting someone to show you how to use the foam roller properly. I did a class and now use it for lots of other…

My target is 1200 cals and I did struggle some days to meet it. I lost 5lbs really quickly then nothing in a week in which I worked out regularly and ate 'well'....so I thought. This week I have tried to increase my net when I can and have lost weight. Eat more! I am just under 5'2. 1800 cals sounds like a lot but might be…

I started at 154lbs and aiming to lost 1lb per week. My calorie goal (from MFP) is 1200 calories. I sometimes struggle to eat all the calories I should....especially if I exercise. Lost 5lbs within 10 days then nothing for a week....need to up my calorie intake I think. OR....look at the TDEE calculation.

I have it from running! I rested up for 2 months but its back with a vengeance!! I have no clue what to do either as have tried icing and resting. Physio may be my next stop as my knees are hurting now!! (got a half marathon to run in Sept so need to get running asap).

You look like a different person! Congratulations :)

Runkeeper is really good. You just switch the activity to walking and off you go. Tracks your route and elevation etc as well as times and calories. I use it on my phone and then view it on the laptop etc..

The Dukan diet gets results.....7-10lbs in 5 days. BUT it's horrible....you lose your appetite and I couldn't eat properly after doing it! Plus I gained weight PLUS some after reverting to a 'normal' diet.

I am 5'1" 3/4s. Currently at 151 and aiming for 133lbs. Will see how I feel when I get there and maybe try for 126 :)

I am doing 1200 calories....only on day 2 but completed diary for day and got a warning as I was about 200 under. Had a mugshot which then took me over on carbs :( Still trying to figure out which foods I can or should and shouldn't eat.
