Everyone has those days! Brush yourself off and get back on it tomorrow. I allow myself one cheat day that way I know I can have a blow it day and not regret it also exercise helps alot if you go way overboard get on a treadmill or eliptical and that can give you more calories and such per day.

Or you can exercise to if you want to add more. I do not know if you have today or plan on it. But for 400 Calories. Veggie soup is always good.

I agree bring a bag of 100 calorie foods.Some of my faves is to roll up deli turkey and lacey swiss cheese,Apple and almonds, Sugar free pudding with a little cereal on top for texture a banana with a tablespoon of Nutella and carrots,peppers and celery with hummus .
