I'm currently 25 weeks. I have gained 10lbs so far. Before pregnancy I had lost about 60lbs through exercise. I cut my workouts from 6x a week to about 4. I still do most of the same things- zumba, body Pump, insanity, etc. But I take it at my own pace. Congrats!!!

I absolutely love Zumba. It is too much fun. My gym offers classes 5 days a week. I'm pretty much there everyday. Zumba really makes you forget you're even working out. I say try it.

I love Zumba. The classes are always live and fun!! I'd rather workout with a large group rather than at home. Personal preference.

I'm a few days in to phase 2 now. Those workouts are soooo much longer!! I'm still loving it. I must say I have been doing cardio the entire time (step, zumba, kickboxing, kettlebell classes). So I'm just continuing them on into phase 2.

I love this program. I'm on day 32. Phase 1 was pretty easy. The workouts were super manageable. Just getting into phase 2. The workouts are much longer, but still doable. I workout 7 days a week. Cardio (everyday) Strength Training (5 days a week). I stay at the gym atleast 2 hours per day. I have no life!! lol

I have been on BC pills for six years now and while doctors say they don't cause weight gain- THEY DO!!! In the course of the first year or two I saw myself gain well over 25 pounds.
