Just for today, I will stick to my calorie goal!

I'm 5'10! I would love to know what other people think is a good goal weight. Back in 2014, I lost approx 200lbs, and ever since then I've hovered between 170-190. I'm not sure if my excess skin weighs a little bit or if it's negligible.

It really is the hardest. I lost 195lbs in 1 year but have been stuck in the 180s for the past year. I used to weigh 377lbs and now I weigh 182lbs. I actually probably need to lose a little more than 15 more pounds but that is my goal for now. Anyone feel free to add me!

Love the idea but not sure I could make it the entire month. I'll be doing good if I can cut back from weighing every day to once a week.

Great job!!! When I'm about to eat something bad I try to ask myself if the 5 minutes of pleasure and enjoyment is really worth the regret I will feel afterwards.

I love EVERYTHING about Halloween! Scary movies, haunted houses, pumpkin carving, etc. I especially love dressing up and passing out candy to all the kids and seeing their adorable costumes!! Can't wait!! Oh the candy is awesome too but I won't be partaking this year.... I can't stop myself once I start. Oh well! Still…

I agree about poptarts. I love them but I never eat them anymore because it's just too many calories for both of them, and I could never just eat one.

I get the 2 entree plate with Mixed Veggies and Double String bean chicken from Panda Express. 390 calories for that meal and it is a TON of food. I get so full and feel like I'm really indulging. Love love love Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It's got a lot of protein. I also love Special K Protein Cereal. I eat a couple servings of that for dinner sometimes.
