My body seems to want to take fat from my already small chest rather than my belly. I bought 34B or 32C and now the straps are too big for the 34Bs and the cups are too big for the 32Cs.

I am skinny fat as well! I think I am getting better due to exercise and diet but would love to have some more friends =).

My HRM says about 250 for a 60 min bodypump class. Since my BMR is about 1400, that means I burn about 60 calories an hour doing nothing, so the class burns about 190 calories net for me.

I have a small frame and currently weigh about 130 at 5'8". I would be happy to just tone up and lose some belly fat. Goal weight is about 120-125.

I am 5'8" and my weight averages 130 throughout the day. I have a small frame and only want to lose about 5 pounds but despite doing high intensity cardio and some weightlifting for about a month and a half the scale has not shown any real improvement. I do think I have better tone and my measurements have gotten better.…
