Personally I have not had any issues with metformin. I have been on it about 6 weeks now. 500 mg morning and 500 mg at night.

Today I have an appointment on lunch and will be pressed for time so I am going to grab a turkey burger in a lettuce wrap at Carls Jr. instead of beef or bun.

I am having a big bowl of steamed veggies right now! I have always been a huge veggie fan.

I chew on my lip when I am stressed, sometimes to the point where it bleeds. Bad bad habit.

If you look up fitdeck on Amazon they have a bunch of different decks for different workouts. ie. Yoga, body weight, resistance bands, kettle bells etc. they are pretty cool.

Did some Lizards on break. One of the girls in the office has these cards called "Fit Deck" and we select random exercises to do each day.

I am going to try doing my baked chicken with this apple wood rub my boyfriend bought. I like trying new seasonings for my chicken!
