This salad that I make. It's bibb lettuce, carrots, radishes, green onion, cheddar cheese, and 4 oz dijon mustard baked chicken breast, with Hidden Valley light ranch on top. It's my favorite meal.

I'm soaking some beans today so I can make a pot of chili tomorrow. :) I might make some bison burgers tonight.

I usually get iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup & soy milk. It's less than 100 calories.

Eat off of smaller plates. Use small baggies (snack baggies) to portion out things adequately. Eat more protein/fat in comparison to carbohydrates - you'll be more satiated and not want to eat as much. Drink a lot of water. Brush your teeth. Go for a walk/jog. Lift some weights.

Put your eggs in a pot of water. Bring it to a boil. Let boil for 3-5 minutes. Turn the burner off. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes. That's how I do mine, and they turn out great every time.

Hey, it's a fellow zipperhead! :D I had a decompression done for my Chiari Malformation done a few years ago, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It's nice to see more of us around. :)

I don't use it in food because it doesn't sit well with me, but I use it for everything else! Moisturizer and hair conditioner, mostly. If you take a couple of tablespoons and coat your hair in it, and leave it in for 2-3 hours before showering, your hair comes out brilliantly shiny and soft. I love it.

I log everything I eat. I'm a little paranoid about going over my calorie limit every day, so logging everything I put into my mouth helps a lot.

MFP set my calories per day to 1480, so I usually eat between 1200 and 1500. If I eat my nighttime snack of some almonds & dark chocolate, it's closer to 1500. If not, closer to 1200.
