Kanye West - The New Workout Plan Gets me SO pumped, every time.

Amazing transformation so far, you can definitely tell it in your stomach!

A handful of almonds and dark chocolate chips!

I have asperger's syndrome, schizoaffective disorder - bipolar type, as well as PTSD and panic disorder. There have been a lot of times I have not been able to take care of myself because I have not been able to pull myself out of bed long enough to do something as simple as take a shower. I am on medication now and it is…

I am mostly just happy that my cart has completely turned around. It used to be mostly microwavable/oven-heatable foods that were processed and bad for you, and now it's all meat, cheese, fresh and frozen vegetables, fruit, yogurt, etc. I'm really proud of myself.

I can fit into the pretty pink Victoria's Secret bra I bought 3 months ago without it being too tight. :)

I did what the OP said - I picked a number I felt comfortable with. I used to be able to comfortably fit into a size 13 jean at 173 pounds - I'd love to be able to wear a size 13. I don't want to be super skinny, just comfortable with my body, and healthy. I think 175 is a lot healthier than both my previous 277 and my…

I really dunno, man. I usually only log my walking if my heart rate is elevated - if I'm walking at a much faster pace than my fat butt usually walks at. If you're just leisurely strolling around, going from booth to booth, you're probably going to be spending a significant amount of time standing at booths, standing…

I used to eat it all the time, now I can't bring myself to waste my daily calories on something from one of those establishments. And it's cheaper for me to just cook at home, even though it takes longer to bake some chicken than it does to go through the drive-thru.

If you're only netting 600 calories a day, you're not eating NEARLY enough. Your body is freaking out because of it.

Mine was definitely Requiem For A Dream. I was not okay for a long time after watching that.

It is completely possible. I take 100mcg of Levothyroxine (Synthroid) a day and I have lost 20 pounds since I started taking it. Before taking it, it was horribly difficult for me to lose weight.

I started to notice a few days ago, when I put on a pair of jeans that were previously too tight and they were significantly looser - to the point that I can comfortably wear them, now.

I have hypothyroidism and it was terribly hard for me to lose weight until I got on medication for it. I highly suggest visiting a doctor, getting your thyroid levels re-tested, and getting on a synthetic thyroid hormone.

It's very important to drink water! It keeps you hydrated and prevents you from retaining excess water weight. The more water you drink, the less water your body feels it needs to retain to keep you properly hydrated. If you don't like drinking straight water, there are always the options with water with lemon or lime, and…

For every 10 pounds I lose, I buy myself some new makeup or some new art supplies. In another pound, some new makeup will be mine!

Broccoli! I make it one of two ways. I either steam it and saute it in olive oil with a little bit of garlic, salt, and pepper, or I make a spicy cheese sauce to put over steamed broccoli.

I'm 21 and looking for more weight loss buddies! I'll shoot you a friend request. :)

I once made some pizza stuffed peppers on a whim, and they were amazing! You take a bell pepper, cut the top off, and core it. Cook up some ground turkey or ground beef and add italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce. Put some into the pepper, layer with mozzarella cheese, layer again with the beef or turkey,…

You are more than welcome to add me if you would like. :) I could always use some more support and motivation, and I love giving the same to other people.

Broccoli, all the time. Almonds. Coconut anything. Salads. Boneless skinless chicken breast covered in sriracha.

It's just a matter of getting tested. I suspected I had hypothyroidism due to a number of symptoms, went to my doctor, got blood work done, and lo and behold - I have hypothyroidism. I am on medication for it now that is very cheap to get, and it is controlling it beautifully. Just get it taken care of, and it will not be…

This is my absolute favorite!

I am proud that I have developed a taste for all sorts of different vegetables and fruits that I did not have a year ago. A year ago, broccoli and brussels sprouts would have disgusted me - now I love them and eat them with vigor! It takes a long time for things to become a habit, but once they do, especially healthy…

I, on average, work out between 6 and 7 days a week. Some days are much lighter than others, but I usually manage to get /something/ in every day. If you need a rest day, take it! It's not bad for you - it allows time for your muscles to heal and relax so you can push yourself harder the next day. Listen to what your body…

I agree with everyone else in the thread. If you are eating purely for maintenance, just eat enough calories that the scale stops moving (or just does the daily fluctuations that come with water retention). You are probably not eating enough.

It's not too low-calorie because of the oil, but it's awfully healthy. I sometimes mix balsamic vinegar with a bit of olive oil and herbs, and put that on my salads. It's yummy and the olive oil is a very healthy fat!
