What HEALTHY foods are you craving and/or do you just LOVE?

sauteed brussel sprouts. I cut them in half, toss them in a ilttle olive oil, S&P, onion and garlic powder and saute until slightly browned on one side…. delish. Asparagus and broccoli too.0

Broccoli, all the time. Almonds. Coconut anything. Salads. Boneless skinless chicken breast covered in sriracha.0

Wow, you guys mentioned some really delicious sounding foods in here. I sure am craving them now XD
Usually the healthy foods I crave are salads- I'll feel bloated and I'll feel like I need a "cleanser" of sorts. I don't know. Just something fresh and crispy.
I also really crave fruits, watermelon DEFINITELY, and apples and grapes and pears and bananas!
The problem with most fruits and veggies for me is that I get an annoying allergic reaction that makes my throat itch =( stupid allergies.
I used to be allergic to oranges but I cured it by taking probiotics and L glutamine.. It heals the stomach lining so that foods are digested more slowly without leaking into the bloodstream..i went to a naturopathic doctor and this was the recommendation.

My homemade banana smoothies
1 banana
2 tablespoons of metamucil coarse
5 ice cubes
sprinkle of concord banana smoothie mix, top with distilled water and blend

Chobani Greek yogurt. All the flavors. Yum. And nut butters, my favorite are almond and cashew. I'm wanting to try coconut butter next!!0

As a side note, it has only been recently that I have fallen in love with hummus, sweet potatoes, and banana peppers. Seriously, it has made me somewhat depressed that I wasted 39 years not enjoying these gifts from heaven. I also hated avocadoes and mushrooms as a child, but now OMG yum.0 -
