Dates , jghfkgfmlkgfklgfdlkg , i go all crazy over dates , and since i live in morocco they are every where, i only buy the super small local ones , big ones scare me and also i crave celery , oatmeal ,corn,bananas,cottage cheese0

Today is my official 21 days/3 weeks of my 90 day self imposed healthier eating and drinking bootcamp,I am sooooo craving some smothered cabbage and a big sweet potato, loaded with some raw coconut butter.,cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg, couple of dashes of vanilla extract, mmmmmm--yummers! I'm definitely going to have to prepare this for dinner one day this week!

I am enjoying kale sauteed in olive oil and garlic. All sesonal veggies' right now steamed asparagus and cauiflower.
I love all fresh fruits and try to eat them for breakfast and snacks. My go to protein choices are poached salmon, quinoa and
Chicken. I try to enjoy red meat only once a week. I love organic plain broth as a starter:-)0 -
Blueberries....
I eat organic fresh (and frozen) blueberries pretty much everyday and I used to HATE them with a passon, now I CRAVE them daily!0 -

Also grilled asparagus! Lightly seasoned.
And my all time favorite food in the entire world....BROCCOLI! Steamed. Raw. Mixed with other food. Whatever. Let me at it.0 -
