What HEALTHY foods are you craving and/or do you just LOVE?

Today is my official 21 days/3 weeks of my 90 day self imposed healthier eating and drinking bootcamp,I am sooooo craving some smothered cabbage and a big sweet potato, loaded with some raw coconut butter.,cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg, couple of dashes of vanilla extract, mmmmmm--yummers! I'm definitely going to have to prepare this for dinner one day this week!

What HEALTHY foods are you craving and/or do you really love? Please do share!

    LOVE coconut just about anything! I'm using coconut butter instead of regular butter and just to snack on and it's the YUM--kinda thick like peanut butter but even better to me! I've also discovered a coconut butter by the same company called Artisana 100% Raw Cacao coconut butter and wow, it's tremendous!

    I've just finished dinner but I'm kinda craving a soft taco supreme from Taco Bell. And I love NY style pizza. And Chicago style pizza for that matter. I guess I just love pizza.

    I LOVE me some pizza too (Taco Bell...uhhh, NOT so much) and speaking of pizza and HEALTHY foods you crave and just love (like the title of the thread says )...I also really like Trader Joes - Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Flatbread Pizza...it's pretty healthy, it has 390 cals for 1/2 a pizza 15g of fat and has a 830mg of sodium and 50 carbs BUT has 14g of protein and is the absolute yum. :wink:

    I can't tell you how much I appreciate this list. I LOVE pomegranate and wait for them to come in season every year with baited breath! So many things on this list I've never tried nor heard of, but will love to try one day:

    broiled grapefruit with agave and cinnamon
    roasted coconut chips
    cottage cheese with fruit

    I've never thought of having cottage cheese with fruit. When I eat cottage cheese, I like to mix some cacao or dark chocolate baking powder and peanut butter together and it tastes soooo yummy!

    I love really cold greek yogurt with organic honey and half a banana. Its really helped me beat my ice-cream addiction!
    I also really love corn on the cob with some frank's hot sauce
    Chilli's- I love making a spicy salad with some red peppers and lime.
    Oatmeal, I never thought I would love it as much as I do, especially with the different combos you can have
    Sweet potato

    experimenting! I really enjoy cooking these days, the skinnytaste website is amazing for that.

    Fruit. OMG fruit. I've been known to eat a pint of blueberries in just a few minutes and then attack the raspberries just a few minutes later. I could eat fruit all day every day.

    Home made parfaits--fat free vanilla yogurt/frozen mixed berry's slightly thawed/grapenuts on top for the crunch instead of using granola.--love it and so do the kids. Kids don't even ask for icecream after dinner anymore.

    I've been enjoying nice crisp celery more and more lately, with a little light ranch of course.. It's nice and salty tasting and full of electrolytes and fiber.
