On week 3 of ripped in 30. I did the shred first and loved it, but ripped in 30 is really working me harder. I would love to have more ripped in 30 friends!

I get up at 4:30 every morning because I have to work out before my kids (twin 5 year olds and a 9 month old) wake up. I set two alarm clocks.
