Do it! it will fade very quickly with each shampoo, esp on bleached hair. i'm a haircolor specialist and i've realized these "unnatural" colors can be very attractive and pretty not just punky , depending on color choice and application. the worst thing is if you really like it is the maintaince. these colors tend to fade…

I've learned to have moderation! I've learned to treat exercise/being active like brushing my teeth,i just do it everyday no matter what I've learned I reallly can achieve this finally! and most importantly I've learned I can do this for a lifetime!

over a year on MFP and still afraid im going to fall back on my old lifestyle habits that got me obese sometimes when my hubby tells me i deserve better,i secretly agree i'm really not as nice as most of my clients think i am at work

ha,love it! whatever works! i also judge other overweight people choices ,which makes me uncomfortable since im fat too,but it is enlightening at times,esp watching peoples choices on buffets and grocery shopping...but there is those infuriating people who make consistently bad food choices and stay slim regardless, like…

I replace the cream with fat free half and half.....works great in every recipe i've substituted it in. Also i add a few tbs of it to mashed potatoes,grits,pan sauces,etc. which makes them creamier and fluffier. Cooking light magazine website has a great alfredo sauce recipe also

also have realized they are easier to wear with the less i weigh! i've always loved them but sometimes felt self conscience in them. which was made worse when i was trying on a pair and a sales lady said a girl my size shouldn't try wearing them. i told here i didn't have to walk in them i just had to keep them in the air…

Heard recently that heels were invented by men...because they not only make you look better but make you easier to catch...no one can make a fast get away running wearing them,like trying to catch a wounded gazzelle..... it was a joke,but seems to be some truth there....lol
