Good morning Maryleuelu. How is your 5:2 plan going? I'm not doing too good. Just come back from a work trip. 3 days away with catered food. I put on 3.8 kilos...how is that possible? I was being as careful as I could. Hope it comes off that quick.

Thanks very much. Very helpful. I think I'll up my intake of dark green veges. I never thought of that. Spinach silver beet and kale. I actually don't eat any dark green veges. The rest I do ok in but obviously not enough.

Hiya How can I increase my potassium without resorting to vitamin pills? I seem to be low in sodium potassium and iron. Funny I never thought about these things before but this app makes it easy to track..and panic about.
