Has anyone solved this? I have a TomTom touch and it says I can sync with MFP but MFP dont have it as an option.

Yes. Well done for returning. Logging in every day helps with accountability and motivation. For me anyway. I have logged in every day and watched that number go up and up. No way do i want to go back to 1! And once I am logged in I may as well add my calories. Playing mind games with myself! Whatever works right?

This. Because I have been large for so long, now I am losing I have heaps of expensive lovely clothes that now swim on me. The necklines all fall off my shoulder. I miss wearing them. I have lost just under half what I need to lose so can't buy any new clothes yet. Might have to go op shopping soon.

No one told me I would have to keep checking my too small clothes stack regularly. I had favorite clothes from years ago saved up for when I can fit them again. Went throught them last night and I am too small for some of them :neutral: Lesson learned.

Things i have learned. 1. Bras. Before i started losing weight i had an extender. Now I have no more hooks left to tighten them. I will have to buy new bras. 2. My collarbone. I have one! Who knew! I weigh everything at the moment and have done for the last 5 months. I am overweight because I don't know how to eat. I know WHAT to eat, just not HOW to eat. Anyone can add me. I have around that much to lose. I have been on here since october. Lost 10 kilos (22 pounds) so far but I am up and down all the time and most of that was at the start and the last couple of weeks. My mpf graph looks like a heart rate chart lol.

I am not afraid to call it like it is. I am totally addicted. I drink 2-3 litres of Pepsi Max a day. I do need to stop. I also drink lots of water and black tea. However. First I will get my eating and fitness under control. Then I will take control of the Pepsi max. One thing at a time.

I have at least 19 kilos (44 pounds) to lose in eleven months......when I turn 50! I lost 11 kilos in the last 3 months so it's doable. That's my goal for my 50th then I can concentrate on losing the last 20 kilos after that.
