I have the same problem. I've narrowed it down to either boredom, sleep deprivation, or stress. Try to figure out what the cause is, and then combat it. TV can be a detriment too (at least for me!) Good luck in your weight loss journey.

Not going to the gym makes a difference. It seems to make your body crave food (at least for me as well). The popcorm was probably not a bad decision (as long as it wasn't loaded with butter and salt). Could it be that time of the month as well? I find that if I keep myself occupied, I don't crave the food. Move away from…
