Thanks for the links!

Don't track your sugar, then it won't annoy you. As long as the fruit isn't making you go over on your total carbs or calories, it's not a big deal.

You tube or get a basic cook book(like the Better Homes and Garden Plaid book)

Coconut Avocado Greek yogurt

Make sure you're logging everything correctly. You could be underestimating and eating more calories than you think.
-
MFP is set up with your deficit already included...so yes, you eat them back. Most will recommend about half of them to cover overestimation of calorie burns.
-
Ok, you go for it! All artificial sweeteners give me weird headaches, so I avoid them anyway.
-
My husband works in claims at a large grocery store and when those get shipped back to the company(expired or they ordered too many) he has to ship them back as corrosive hazardous material. Should we really be ingesting that?
-
Meal timing doesn't matter, your body will use that fuel(calories) the following day. I have late snacks all the time! You should include it in that previous days' log.
-
Nay because the taste of all artificial sweeteners is disgusting to me. I've also found that recently they make me not feel very good-headaches, scratchy throat. To each their own though.

It is NOT the only Disney movie where the prince saves the day. Brave depicted a very independent princess, and there are a hundred Disney movies that have nothing to do with princes at all. People also like to say its the only movie that shows sisterly love, but they need to go watch Lilo and Stitch!

As a HUGE Disney fan, I thought it was okay, but not up to all the hype about it. Let It Go is a good song, but mostly because Idina Menzel could sing anything and make it sound fantastic(and for anyone who had never heard of her before this movie, please go look up Wicked) Otherwise, very disappointing for a Princess…

Cottage cheese, tuna. I love carbs too, and always had a hard time with protein. I found eating those 2 things regularly have really helped me meet my protein goals.

Do you have access to a library? I like to check out workout DVDs, and if I find one I really like, then I'll think about buying it. YouTube also has thousands of videos to watch-I've been doing yoga from youtube recently. Convict Conditioning(I think that's what its called?)is one I see recommended on here often for…

I would just eat 700 cals worth of the biscuits...

bumping so I can find the recipe later. I think I'll try this with my home grown tomatoes when they're ready!

It's vacation, enjoy it! I don't get why people get upset about losing their log in count.

12.5% smaller than I thought! Interesting

I love the unless they're at grandma's part, my mom is the same way w/ my kiddo! To the original question, I would probably say no...I think teaching kids about why they should eat a variety of foods, why eating fruits and veggies is important, why you should eat when you're hungry not because you're bored, etc is…

I find adding "raw" when I'm searching for a fruit or veggie helps.
-
I do the kids meal at fast food restaurants a lot. They're closer to proper adult portions!

I'm the same way with soda now. I used to LOVE Mountain Dew, now I can only do Coke if I make the cup 3/4 ice, with a splash of soda. I have not yet been disgusted by cookies though...I could still happily eat a package of oreos in one go if I don't make myself stop!

Don't eat paleo if you don't like it, it's not necessary to lose weight, just a calorie deficit is. You shouldn't go an a "diet" to lose weight because you want to eat the way you plan to eat for the rest of your life, so you can maintain it! I agree with using a food scale, and making sure you eat back exercise calories,…

Just use stock and veggies, and you can make very low calorie soup! I make veggie soups regularly, usually with chicken stock, carrots, peas, a small potato or a little bit of barley or pasta, a tbsp of tomato paste, and might throw in other vegetables I have on hand, and they are usually less than 100 calories a serving!
-
Broccoli and carrots are the 2 veggies I ALWAYS have in the house, cottage cheese, almond milk, extra sharp cheddar cheese. Milk, goldfish crackers, frozen peas, but those are mostly for the 2 year old.

Best thread title ever! Made both my hubby and I LOL :)

I usually fill my diary in night before. That way I make sure I don't eat too big of a breakfast or lunch and not have enough calories left for evening snacking, and I also make sure I get at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies in each day and I find I do way better at this if I plan ahead.

Buffalo chicken dip, girl scout cookies-I swear they put crack in those!
-
For good chocolate, I would recommend the Endangered Species brand.

Eggs(with extra runny yolks!) and coffee or waffles on my days off-I love doing different types of waffles. I was making really yummy gingerbread ones during Christmas time, peanut butter waffles, chocolate waffles, lemon waffles...yeah, I love my waffles!
