I am starting the Body for life program today. Do you still track your food intake on MFP or just track on the BFL sheets? Thanks!

Dark chocolate is the best, but I decided to cut choc out of my diet all together (at least week days) and I can tell a difference already. It's nice to know there is an alternative! I had never heard of it and am looking forward to trying it out :)

I need to get re-motivated! I'm changing my goal to ten pounds - twenty just seems like a mountain! I did well for a few weeks then I sabatoged and gained it all back :( ! So I'm starting fresh this morning! Could def use some friends to help with the encouragement.
