Hi, feel free to add me. I'm 18 and trying to get in the habit of exercising and eating right before going off to college (less than 8 weeks away), and I'm trying to lose about 30 pounds by New Years. I'd love more encouraging friends on here.

Today was Level 1 Day 2! The strength ones kill me. For the second pushup segment I do modified pushups, and I cheat a little on the squat presses and the side lunge anterior raises. I didn't cheat as much today as yesterday, so that's progress. I never thought a 20 minute DVD using 3 lb weights would be so challenging!

Glad you weren't actually worrying about 2 calories. I was shaking my head and then I was so relieved.

I started it and quit after a couple days about a year ago, but today I started again with Level 1 Day 1. It was surprisingly tough. I am using 3 lb hand weights to start, and during the side lunges with anterior raises I thought my arms were going to fall off. I'm hoping to move up and use my 5 lb weights after a few days.

Hi, I'm turning 18 in less than two weeks and trying to lose about 30 pounds by New Years. I joined the website a while back but haven't really used it but I think it would be more beneficial to have other young people to talk to throughout the process.
