I got pregnant twice and in both pregnancies I got to almost 200 pounds..id cry every day ???? but then one day I just said enough is enough...i did a bunch of research and joined here January 31 and I haven't looked back ????now I love to exercise and eat healthy...

im in i wanna loose 9 pounds by the end of the month! this month i only lost 7......i wanna weigh 135 by the end of April :smile:

to look good most of all ...to get used to a healthy lifestyle. ITS NOT a diet its how we are all supposed to eat and be active.. BEFORE id sit around all day and only get up for "important" stuff and just eat out of boredom and eat all the bad stuff i pretty much had horrible bloating and pain

i have no cravings.........but my husband keeps cookies around and i ocassionally just grab one then i go back to my water :smile:
