Food Addiction is definitely real, many studies have proven it. For your reference, there are some support groups. I've done it, but it seems a lot of people cheat. Also if you have a lot to lose and lose more than 14% of your body weight in a challenge you are disqualified. I did a $300 diet bet and won back $308....not worth it in my opinion. However, if the possibility of losing money motivates you, then try it.
