  • salty and sugary foods. also milk. also I for some reason crave crunchy foods. anything crunchy. hmm.. that gives me an idea, maybe i could just trick my body if I ate a lot of carrots or ate crunchy sliced apples with caramel dip.
  • you probably should go to a doctor and have your heart rate, blood pressure checked. the chest pains might be nothing, probably gas or maybe heartburn, but even so, you shouldn't ignore chest pains you get after doing cardio.
  • by the way, I checked your food diary. you NEED to eat a better breakfast. you are only getting like 5 calories in the morning and like no carbs for energy!! I also have a hard time eating a good breakfast but it is CRUCIAL to losing weight. seriously.
