  • My weekly goal of CARDIO is 5 days. Try to get in 3 days of running a minimum of 30-45 minutes. Since I'm training for another 10k, I'm using an app called 10kPro. Love it. Those other two days I use another piece of equipment at the gym...elliptical, bicycle....
