Just finished Day 10 of Level 1, Level 2 begins tomorrow! Unfortunately, I didn't take any measurements before I started. I do feel like my waste is getting smaller since I've started. Bring on Level 2!!!!!!

I have both, I prefer the treadmill on an incline. The elliptical KILLS my knees.

I don't even get home from work until after 6, then I still have to cook!

I drink the chocolate fudge. I put them in the freezer & get them really good & cold. I can't drink them at room temp. I have them with lunch after my workout in the gym.

Legs are sore, abs are a little sore. But, my lower back is killing me for some reason. I'll do Day 3 Level 1 tonight when I get home from work.

I just finished Day 1 about 30 minutes ago...oh my gosh! I'm sitting here in the chair and my legs are shaking lol. I couldn't do the entire thing without breaks.
